Why we should have couches  instead of normal chairs

I believe that we should have couches instead of normal chairs. Does anybody agree with me?

I feel that if we have couches we will want to do our work because we just go to our table and sit on a nice comfy chair and we will enjoy doing our work. We would like to be creative with things. People would like to come into our classroom because we have been creative with things and we don't have boring old wheelie chairs. who wants those? Who would pick the boring old uncomfortable chairs over these comfy and relaxing couches. We would have to keep ordering new furniture and we wont spend as much money because we don't have to buy as much chairs because couches can fit 3 people on.

If you are thinking of buying some couches for your classroom check out best funniture shop and plus if you don't want to come in store you can order online at best furniture shop and they are a bargin because they are having a sale.

Why room 9 should have better looking furniture

Why room 9 should have hammock-chairs instead of chairs

"And so come down and by this limited edition chair almost everyone has one so get one now if you don't have one but if you don't have what it takes to come down you can order online at bestlookingfurniture.co.au so come in now!" Thats probably what a comertial for a chair would say but take a look at this one! "And so come and order online to buy this chair-hammock that everyone wants or call us at 0800 447 6890 to order now" Thats probably what a comertial for a chair hammock would say. Which one do you like better, the first or second? I like the second because it's got more quality and it's sounds better than a chair.

I think the hammock-chair is better because it doesn't have wheels and wheels can sometimes be very distracting

Room 9 should have hammock-chairs instead of chairs and to get them we will do our best to keep the classroom spotless.

Rio olympics My golden win By Kayla

Before

I have achieved a great thing I am going to the olympics to represent my country,my family,me. I am proud of myself of getting so far on my journey that I love, the journey of running. My major dream has come true. I’m nervous now as well, I know I will try my hardest but it doesn’t mean I am not nervous. I am about to do the 200m sprint. I’m changing into my clothes I have a giddy and reckless feeling in my stomach. It’s time to run!
During

I’m waiting I’m ready “Bang” that’s my signal to start. I’m sprinting hard out I’m in the lead “I can do this” I think over and over in my head I feel adrenaline pumping through me surging through my body like a tiger about to pounce on it’s prey.My legs are lead or jelly I can’t decide I can feel my heart racing my legs. And there it is the finish line a thin white strip. I can feel sweat trickling down my back. I’ve done it.

After

I’m dizzy and emotional I have done it. I raise my arms in triumph I have gotten a gold. The ceremony starts I’m crying in joy. I’m exhausted and sore all over. I think I’m definitely going to collapse I’m so pleased with myself.I feel so passionate about my win  I get a gold medal placed around my neck and I know I have achieved my goal.
The End

Rarotonga - By Siahn

On Tuesday the 24th of May after school we went to the airport to pick up Grandad Kevin. When we got to the airport my dad had to go to a meeting,
so we waited at for Grandad Kevin's flight with my mum. My mum told us that his flight was had been delayed. Then my dad came, my mum asked us to sit next to each other and got her phone out, my dad had paper in his hands. They told us to read what the paper said, he held up one piece of paper at a time, it said WE on the first page, then we read the next which said ARE, the next said GOING, then TO and finally we read out RAROTONGA!!! I felt really blown away, so shocked and happy, my heart was beating really fast. I couldn't believe it. The last page was a picture of each of us smiling under a coconut tree, with the sun shining - it said YAY!!!! My mum told us it was a 4 hour flight and that's what we were doing at the airport, we weren't picking up Grandad Kevin. We had McDonalds for dinner and then waited to board our flight. We were so excited that we couldn't sleep on the plane.
When we got to Rarotonga a lady was holding a sign with SAFFRON CLARK on it, she put flower necklaces on necks, they smelled nice! She was the lady who owned the holiday home we were staying in. She drove us to the holiday home and when we got there we went straight to bed.
In the morning we went outside and I was so, so excited. There were coconut trees everywhere, it was boiling hot and felt like I was in a boiling jug. All of us were really happy and excited and saying "IT'S SO TROPICAL!! WE'RE IN RAROTONGA!!!!". My brother and I got a coconut from the ground right in our yard and tried to open it by banging it on the side of the tiles. We could hear the beach across the road, it sounded like it was right in our back yard. We got our togs and snorkeling gear and went across the road to snorkel. The water was so clear!!! And warm!!!

We had so much fun in Rarotonga! I really love Rarotonga! We did a lot of stuff. We went on Captain Tama's cruise which is a 4 hour snorkeling and island fun with games, shows, lunch and exploring a different island. We went on a big walk across the island - we started at one side and walked across to the other side. It was amazing, and steep, and fun, and scary - it was so high. At the top there was a needle which was really steep, the only way to climb it was holding on to chains, my dad did it, my mum was going to, but she didn't. We were shouting at her not to do it! We went on scooters, not the ones that you push with your foot on the ground, the ones like a motorbike. It was so windy and everything went in my mouth and nose. I loved it and would open out my arms wide as we flew along the road. We also we on kayaks around the lagoon, the water is so clear, like crystals, like blue crystals. We went to Highland Paradise, that's a island cultural night, we learned a lot about the island and the people of the island. We had lots of dinner and there was so much vegetarian and vegan food! Then they did a big show, with dancing and lots of loud drums, in the middle of it my tummy started to get sore, really sore. My mum took me outside and then the lady who worked there rang a taxi so my mum could take me home. My dad and brother stayed for more fun and dancing. Every morning we woke up and went snorkeling, we snorkeled all day some days. I saw a puffer fish, moray eels, flounders, so many amazing pretty colourful fish, one day a HUGE school of fish came and swam all around us. We fed the fish too, it was so fun and scary at the start, scary to have so many big fish all around us, fighting for food and jumping and flipping out of the water. One day at low tide we swam out to the reef and then walked along to the edge of the reef, we watched the really massive waves crashing at our feet. My mum got us new journals and we did journalling nearly every night about what we did that day.
I didn't want to go home. I loved Rarotonga so much. It made me feel so happy that I went there, I feel so lucky. I will definitely go back to Rarotonga one day!
